Founded in 2001, the Producer's Creative Partnership is a Malta-based consultancy specialising in production consulting for studios and independents worldwide. We also work extensively during development stages and provide co-producing services.
Our expert budgets are produced entirely in-house, using industry-standard software, and built on more than two decades of hands-on international production experience. We also advise productions on destination strategy — helping you assess which locations offer the strongest production value relative to available financial incentives.

Financial Incentives
The PCP is based in the Maltese islands, so naturally it is difficult to ignore the most generous cash rebate in the world.
The Maltese rebate — consisting of a maximum of 40% — includes substantial foreign expenditure as elligible expenses. Furthermore, it is a cash rebate as opposed to a tax credit.
Like many attractive incentives, there are conditions to abide to, such as the hiring of a minimum number of local residents in most departments.
