Who we are
The Producer's Creative Partnership (PCP) is a premier production service company based in Malta, a Mediterranean country consisting of three islands and which also hosts the world famous water tanks. Our experience ranges from features to television, commercials and print media. Our activities range from full production servicing to partial services and select areas such as expert budgeting, location research, open water/tank filming consultation, incentives & tax rebates consultation and general production consultation.
The PCP started as an organization in 1994 and was incorporated in 2001, becoming the first production service company in Malta, creating the island's first production managers and line producers of an international standard.
We are a no-frills, no-fluff and down-to-earth honest team that likes to say things exactly as they are and which looks at every problem as an exciting challenge. We have built a reputation of excellence with companies ranging from Hollywood studios and US networks to independents. We strive to provide creative and economical solutions to all sorts of projects, big and small.
The PCP team is professional, dynamic and enthusiastic, headed by Malcolm Scerri-Ferrante who has almost three decades of experience working in Malta and abroad. He instills within the PCP efficient production organization and cost-effective management as proven by testimonials. Here are some solid reasons why producers work with the PCP.
