Founded in 1994 as a non-profit producer’s organization and incorporated in 2001, The Producer’s Creative Partnership (PCP) became the first international production and service company based in  Malta.

The PCP is led by Malcolm Scerri-Ferrante  a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the international film and TV commercial industry.  A member of the Production Guild of Great Britain, Malcolm has worked across multiple countries, bringing a wealth of global insight to every project.  In the early stages of his career, he served on the Film Advisory Board of Malta where his contributions helped shape the nation’s first film incentive schemes. From 1998 to 2000, he was also Production Manager of the world-renowned water SFX tank facility then known as Mediterranean Film Studios further cementing his reputation in high-level production management.
