 About Us

Picture
Originally set up in 1994 as a non-profit producer's organization, The Producer's Creative Partnership (PCP) was incorporated in 2001, becoming the first international production & service company based on the island of  Malta.

With over three decades of experience the PCP is proud to have an unbroken track record for ensuring producers get the best experiences, with all types of shoots ranging from film and television to advertising and print media.

Unique about the company is the fact that we are managed by a no-frills, no-fluff and down-to-earth honest team, focusing only on results and delivery.  Our motto is to underpromise and overdeliver. The team strives to provide creative and economical solutions to all projects, big and small, based on simple age-old principles of honesty and transparency. Our approach saves producers money and unnecessary headaches.

Here are solid reasons why producers choose to work with the PCP.

Since its founding, the PCP proudly established and nutured the island's first film production managers, production accountants and location managers. The PCP also built a reputation of excellence with a large variety of international producers who range from Hollywood studios and US networks to independents, advertising companies and news agencies.

The PCP is best known for maximizing production value and cost-controlling.

The PCP team is professional, dynamic and enthusiastic.   Instilled within the PCP is an unrelenting focus on efficient production organization and cost-effective management. Our testimonials speak for themselves.

The PCP is managed by Malcolm Scerri-Ferrante  who has over 30 years of experience in the film & TV commercial industry and in various countries. He is a member of the Production Guild of Great Britain.  In his earlier days Malcolm served on the Film Advisory Board set up by the government of Malta, leading to the introduction of the country's first film incentives.  He had also served as  production manager (1998-2000) of the world-renowned water SFX tank facility originally called Mediterranean Film Studios.
