EFFICIENCY - An unbroken track record for helping producers manage their shoot efficiently, on time and on budget.  We do not make false promises.  Meanwhile the word "impossible" does not exist in our vocabulary.

COST-EFFECTIVENESS - The saved monies far outweigh our service fee.  Also, we do not take "kick-backs" which unfortunately are not uncommon in Southern Europe.

REPUTATION & EXPERIENCE - The PCP is a bona fide company dedicated exclusively to the film and television industry on a full-time basis, thus acquiring extensive experience, knowledge and updates. The PCP holds zero debts with suppliers or crew, thus maintaining one of the best relationships with locals. PCP is also in good standing with the local authorities and regulating bodies.

PERSONAL - The PCP offers full services to only one project at any time, this way ensuring a personalized service.  In short the PCP is not a "sausage factory" in its style of operation.  Each PCP project is overseen by founder Malcolm Scerri-Ferrante who has international filming experience spanning over three decades.

HONESTY - We do not beat about the bush or hide issues that will come up later. Also, the credits listed on our website are of productions actually contracted with the PCP and its founder for core management roles at an executive level.    Unlike some PSCs in Malta, we do not list credits or mislead with posters of films which we had no involvement with.

BUDGETS - This is one of our strengths. We create only professional and detailed budgets using MMB, without hiding surprises for a later stage.  We are arguably the most experienced in this field on the island and our Production Executive also teaches holds budgeting courses in various countries.
